By using Filezingo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Filezingo provides free online file tools including image resizing, format conversion, watermarking, and other file utilities. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
  • Use automated tools to make excessive requests (rate limits apply).
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. File Handling

  • You retain all rights to files you upload.
  • Uploaded files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss. Always keep backups of your original files.
  • Maximum file size is 25MB per upload.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filezingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

7. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access for all users, we apply rate limits. Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions. There is no guaranteed uptime or processing speed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Filezingo name, logo, and website design are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. The tools themselves are provided for your free use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
